Temp Office Administrator in Sevenoaks

Job description

  • Working effectively and efficiently, whilst upholding company values at all times to enhance the service we provide our customers.

  • Preparing and coordinating documents, resources and equipment for the delivery of our programmes.

  • Managing bookings and systems for company programmes, providing finance and attendance data.

  • Coordinating and maintaining computerised office systems, including CRM, data bases and booking systems.

  • Providing excellent customer service through face to face/ telephone/ email/ website enquiries, scheduling meetings and bookings

Required

  • MS Office (excel, word & outlook) to advanced level

You must demonstrate that you are:

  • Hands on and results driven with a “Can Do attitude”

  • Self-motivated and determined, with experience in a fast paced and pressured environment

  • A team player

  • Organised and possess excellent inter-personal skills

  • Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly analytical and technically minded with excellent and problem-solving skills

  • Able to absorb information quickly and willing to learn. Training will be offered

  • Strong personality as this is a busy office

Office location/ hours

  • This role is located in Sevenoaks

  • Working hours 8:00-5:30pm with 30min break
