Hours: Monday - Thursday 0900 - 1700 or 1130 - 2000 (on rotation)
Friday 0900 - 1700
Saturday 0900 - 1300 - work every other Saturday, with time off in lieu
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Market Harborough based client, on a temp to per basis, to provide administrative support within the Customer Service Team.
As part of this team, you will be assisting clients and prospective clients with inbound telephone queries, as well as proactively making outbound calls to existing clients, providing a high level of Customer Service.
This is a full-time position however, as our clients can often only speak to us outside of regular hours, it is important that you are available to work varying shifts across the opening hours.
To be considered for this role, you will have: -
Previous experience providing customer service by telephone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be a good listener with the ability to handle objections
Strong attention to detail
An ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative
An ability to work well as an individual as well as part of a team
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Making outbound calls to clients, no cold calling
Compliance screening questions to be discussed articulately with the clients
