As Creative Traffic Manager you will play a pivotal role within the agency managing the flow of creative work across the whole agency to ensure all work is completed on time, efficiently, profitability and to the highest possible creative standards.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day studio operations and the traffic of workflow to ensure the creative product is best in class. Working closely with conceptual creatives, designers and planners you will organise, manage and coordinate resources and the distribution of work to meet our business needs and those of our clients.
Departmental management and negotiation skills are key as you’ll be liaising with various managers, teams, and producers as well as different business areas including overseas offices, to oversee the whole creative process and ensure workflow is as efficient and excellent as possible.
You will have extensive experience in a similar role, ideally from an agency environment. You will be a proactive individual who is commercially focused with strong communication and people skills. You will be comfortable working with a mixture of strong personalities and be confident at presenting and running daily stand up meetings and kick off meetings.
Strong time management is a must, with tight delivery deadlines you will be flexible and adaptable working well under pressure and be able to prioritise and follow internal processes. You will have experience of using workflow systems, tracking project budgets and negotiating with external suppliers.
Candidates with any prior experience as a design coordinator/manager, project coordinator/manager, studio traffic coordinator/manager, or with previous experience in creative services are encouraged to apply!
