Farnham based commercial training company specialising in leadership and management, personal development, customer services and assessment services is looking for an administrator to join their friendly team.

- Provide administration and project support to the team
- Formatting & preparing materials to go out ensuring venues, numbers are correct and get there in time for workshops
- Setting up 360 reviews & managing the process from beginning to end including dealing with any end user issues & chasing up delegates to complete
- Ordering in stationary & setting up new relationships with suppliers if required
- Entering evaluation data & ensuring this is sent to clients in a timely manner
- Diary management for office, trainers and projects
- Professionally answering calls

The ideal person will;

- Have good MS Office skills
- Have strong organisational skills combined with a focus on forward planning
- Have strong numeracy and literacy skills with a high level of attention to detail essential
- Be proactive in generating and maintaining workflow; able to work on own initiative
- Have the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
- Be customer focussed and have a professional telephone manner
- Have a friendly, helpful and welcoming manner to team, suppliers and clients

Hours 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
