My client’ agency was created by two talented gentlemen that have worked in Londons’ well-respected agencies and have taken all they have learnt to create a fun, interesting, hard-working, rewarding environment and have another role up for grabs due to growth! They are looking for an Account Manager, to join this small, collaborative, cool team, to work on some amazing global, well-known brands and ideally you will be mad for football and sport!

The hub of their business is working with large brands, that have a global presence who have huge sponsorships in place; one of them is with a leading soft drinks brand and the UEFA Championship League, the second is delivering another sponsorship activation with a booze brand and leading football club, and lastly, a global activation and media sell in for another soft drinks brand and a global football campaign!!

The key skill set required for this hire is to be self-sufficient that loves to get a job done! Cultural fit is imperative for an agency this size, you need to be a team player, with an aptitude of wanting to help develop and grow a small business and a personality that colleagues, partners and clients will love! You will ideallyhave experience working with consumer lifestyle brands both in the UK and at an international level. Sport and drinks experience would be great, but not essential.

Typically the global accounts have always covered multiple PR activation toolkits including creative press office ideas. They activate multiple global PR spikes to maintain interest throughout the year though the current clients and activations are UK and global, this is not a global toolkit role! The agency consistently create global PR assets for their clients and ensure all content is packaged and distributed to markets in the correct formats for localization, so any global understanding would be great but equally not essential.

This role is an integral hire to the business; you will be reporting directly into an Account Director, though working closely with the founders at all times. You will have gravitas and want/ability to support the founders with strategy development, client counsel, activation creation, creativity, team management and delivery.

The business of course works with smaller brands and clients which are more UK activation focused; an array of consumer lifestyle brands to provide PR strategy, campaign activation and everything in between: from local stunts, influencer work and media coverage and press attendance at fab events! Their clients come in all shapes and sizes! New business and the love of getting involved is always welcomed.
