Personal Assistant to HR Team of Global Advertising Agency

Your new company

Your new company is one of the world's leading advertising agencies, based in Central London.

Your new role

You will be supporting the Global HR Team, with all administrative tasks, including extensive and complex diary, travel and inbox management. You will plan team meetings, including collating the agenda, emailing reminders to say who the chair will be for each meeting, as well as creating and editing Powerpoint Presentations. You will also be responsible for liaising with Facilities for all office requirement and IT for all agile working requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Package skills, and possess excellent attention to detail. You will also have excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise, as well as strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with Senior Executives. You will have a positive 'can-do' attitude and take pride in your work.
