My client is an International Investment Bank based in the city.

They are in a period of growth and are innovative and forward thinking.

They are recruiting for a HR Operations Manager to take ownership of the mainly non business as usual areas.

This role will suit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience of core HR, especially FCA/PRA regulated environments, analytical thinking and compliance led, ideally CIPD qualified, technical experience in payroll and benefit management, and service orientated with an information seeking mind set. this role is supported by an excellent manager/mentor with many years of knowledge but the ability to really listen and support her staff.

Knowledge of Regime within the financial sector would be an advantage but not essential. Experience within Financial Services or Legal is essential.

This will include all the areas mentioned below.

* Benefit Management

* Regulatory and Business Reporting

* Senior Managers and Conduct Rule Regime

* HR Governance and Policies

* Risk Management

* EXCO and GCC prep

* Apprenticeship Programme Management

* Hr Policies and Procedures

* Employee Advisory
