My client is an International Investment Bank based in the city.

They are in a period of growth and are innovative and forward thinking.

This is a generalist position and very much focused on attracting, engaging and development of employees.

This role will suit someone with a minimum of 5 years experience of core HR, with an innovative mind, objective mindset, and a desire to think outside the box and make a real difference.

This role is supported by an excellent manager/mentor with many years of knowledge and the ability to really listen, engage and support her staff.

Knowledge of Regime within the financial sector would be an advantage but not essential. Experience within Financial Services or Legal is essential.

* Talent Acquisition

Working with group HR on group policies and procedures, fluent in best practice, assisting with UK regulatory reviews and audits
