Fund: Our client is a leading US Infrastructure fund, focusing on the core plus infrastructure space globally. Having recently raised a new fund and grown significantly, the fund are currently looking for an individual with 2-3year experience to join the Investor Relations team. Responsibilities: Marketing and Due Diligence Materials Draft, maintain and update fund-specific marketing and due diligence materials and exhibits, including Placement Memoranda, pitchbooks, dataroom, due diligence questionnaires, and investor-specific due diligence materials Prepare pre-meeting briefing notes, tailored marketing and due diligence materials for client meetings Coordinate and work with all internal teams to respond to investors' qualitative and quantitative due diligence questions and questionnaires Support the team in shepherding prospective investors through the investment process from initial meeting to due diligence to the commitment closing process Coordinate with all internal teams to complete requests by drafting accurate and timely responses to potential investor requests, both written and oral and have them approved by both compliance and legal either between funds or during a fundraise. Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure that marketing and due diligence materials are accurate and approved in accordance with firm's policies and procedure Maintain database of conferences and track conference offerings Assist in coordination of fundraising roadshows Research Research and track competitor activity and market dynamics in real time, including fund terms, fundraisings and transactions Research data, anecdotes and illustrations to draft internal documents on fund investment process, themes, and case studies Compile research and draft briefing notes on prospects and existing investors in preparation for client meetings Compile industry research Investor Education Events Prepare materials for investor events, including developing agendas, reviewing portfolio performance and outlook, researching the industry and competitive landscape and determining event logistics Coordinate and support logistics of investor events including the annual general meeting and advisory committee meeting Tracking and Communication Manage weekly IR calls and agenda Manage client CRM database and continuously update all communications with current and prospective limited partners and their representatives.
