My client, a leading Financial Services organisation has a key contract requirement for a Business Manager to join them in London. For this position the business is specifically looking for someone who has a strong business management background, excellent communication skills and a strong delivery focus. In this role you will be reporting directly into Lead Business Manager supporting multiple teams with business support within both Technology and Operations. You will be helping shape the operational processes to improve efficiency and transparency. You will also facilitate close ties between Technology Leadership and key stakeholders, creating clear agendas for the team meetings. Other key responsibilities will include headcount management, financial management (such as budgeting and forecasting), product of management meeting packs and finally overall business support. To be successful in this role you will need: Extensive experience working in a Business Management capacity within the Financial Services Industry Excellent planning and organizational skills Experience of headcount tracking, financial management and overall business support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid stakeholder management engagement and proven examples of influencing business decisions.
