Purchase Ledger clerk
Robert Half are currently engaged in an exclusive partnership with a rapidly expanding manufacturing firm based in Glastonbury recruiting for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join the business on a temporary basis. Our client renowned for their fantastic company culture will provide excellent training and a thorough induction.
Role and responsibilities:
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
Background and experience required:
This role will suit anybody who is immediately available and looking to further their finance career within a project team.
Although no specific finance experience is required culture fit and attitude is at the forefront of their recruitment process.
