TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator

JOB REF: T2892

Duration: Temporary – ongoing

LOCATION: Ashby De La Zouch

SALARY: £18,000

HOURS: 40 hours per week

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-

ROLE PROFILE: Customer Service Co-ordinator working within the customer services department

* To work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and cost efficiencies are delivered

* Gain a good understanding of the company, it’s processes and manufacturing sites and supply planning roles to ensure excellent customer service and stock availability

* Input and process orders

* Use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel to run reports and collate data

* Use of SAP

* Work proactively to implement the company strategies and procedures to provide excellent customer service

* Inputting and validation of orders within SAP


* Strong Excel skills, must be able to do pivot tables and vlookups

* Good availability with limited holiday commitments throughout summer

* Excellent communication both written and verbal

* Ability to work well in a team and be motivated and driven

* Fantastic customer service skills
