Position: Service Performance and Quality Analyst

About the role:

Joining our International Shared Services Team as the Service Performance & Quality Analyst you will be central to the provision of performance data for our leadership teams, customers and key stakeholders, across operational, strategic and project activities. Your focus will be on timely and accurate reporting of performance and quality levels across the shared service organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Through effective reporting providing a clear overview of service performance and quality to multiple audiences
- Delivery of robust and informative monthly cost reporting including budget, actuals, forecast and headcount
- Performing compliance and controls audits for processes / policies, providing recommendations and follow up with SSC department leads
- Reviewing quality reports to identify areas for focus and action plans to address
- Managing project spend against approved costs and post investment appraisals
- Central administrative support for the Director of International Shared Services

About you:

- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and producing management information and reports for multiple audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Skilled communicator, comfortable bring to life data and MI
- Comfortable contrastively challenging the status quo.
- Solution orientated and an innovative thinker, your eye is always on making improvements
- Experience of working in a shared services / finance / audit environment, would be significantly advantageous
- Comfortable working with customers remotely, flexing your communication style to suit differing cultures and languages
- Experience with the Dutch, German, French or Japanese languages would be advantageous
