Capita IT Resourcing is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst (2nd line) to join us on a permanent basis to support users of our financial software in schools. Candidates joining us will work on an existing team with the goal of delivering high levels of support and customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience required:

- Ability to problem solve

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Conscientious and self-motivated

- Flexible and adaptable

- Patient and able to empathise with customers

- Excellent time-keeping

- A desire to pro-actively learn the software supported by the team

- Previous or current accounting or finance knowledge is essential

Responsibilities:

- To provide high levels of support to our customers on all products supported by the Finance Team via telephone, email and remote access tools

- To ensure regular fully detailed updates are applied to open incidents or problem records within CRM as required.

- To work to agreed targets and objectives as identified via the performance management and development process

- To identify trends and escalate as appropriate

- To mentor and train First and Second Tier team members when requested

- To action any reasonable request by the Finance Team Manager.
