Senior Pricing Manager

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join and develop the pricing department of one of the world’s most prestigious law firms.

The Role:

* Liaise with existing and prospective clients to develop service delivery and fee arrangements

* Build and develop client budgets and implement pricing strategies

* Work with the Pricing Director and finance team to develop value-based fee structures

* Develop metrics and tools for measuring profitability and the impact of pricing strategies

* Partner with the BD team to prepare client RFPs and collaborate with/educate Partners

* Drive alignment between client needs and initiatives with the resources of the firm

* Monitor profit margins for client fee arrangements to ensure that the firm stays on track

The Person:

* Significant experience of pricing strategy, ideally within a professional services environment

* Proficient in law firm operations, legal accounting and finance

* Strong understanding of law firm profitability at practice group, client and matter levels

* Outstanding stakeholder management skills, possessing the gravitas to influence and advise
