Payroll Assistant

Permanent - Part time 3 days a week Flexible hours

Payroll Assistant with knowledge of payroll processing and Excel data skills required by highly successful private sector company based in Maidenhead. This is a Payroll Assistant role supporting the accounts and outsourcing partner. The Payroll Assistant will possess strong organisational and administration skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment and meet deadlines. The Payroll Assistant will process the weekly payroll and also support the wider team with the management of data.

Essential Skills:

* Highly numerate and analytical mindset, attention to detail

* Experience in end to end payroll processing

* Strong skills in Excel – VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables etc..

* Self-starter

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

* Good team player

Desirable

* Experience with STAR payroll software
