A Infrastructure Project Manager is required for a company based in Buckinghamshire for a 6-12 month contract.

The Infrastructure Project Manager will be driving multiple projects and high profile multi-million pound programmes from an infrastructure perspective which vary in size, duration (from a few weeks to a few months) and technology that may involve Agile development and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.

* Project reporting and liaison/co-ordination with internal technical teams and external business units both in the UK and Globally.

* Assignments will include a range of strategic infrastructure and broader IT projects and programmes.

* Support and make recommendations to senior management to resolve issues affecting project and programme delivery Be the point of escalation for resolution of major project and programme issues affecting scope, cost etc.

* Will be required to proactively identify opportunities for earlier delivery of infrastructure and associated benefits.

* Project & Programme reporting, liaising / co-ordinating with internal and external business & senior stakeholders

Essential Skills:

* Strong analysis and technical skills are essential

* Previously worked on big portfolios and big roll outs

* Strong experience managing infrastructure projects and/or programmes

* Working with leaders/owners of the process or service to understand current practices and identify areas for improvement, including running workshops

* Exposure to desktop solutions, logistics, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, Windows 7, ATM/DATM
