Quality Assurance Officer / Call Auditor

Up to £22,000 + Bonus up to additional £5000

Basingstoke, Hampshire

Reassured are in an exciting growth phased and are looking to expand our Quality Assurance department and so we are looking to hire Quality Assurance Officers like you to join us at our Headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire. The purpose of your role will be to listen to assess sales and customer service calls, subsequently providing data and compliance statistics to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Your duties will also include:

* Undertake competent call reviews of sales and customer service calls to enable the business to comply with all necessary legal, regulatory, underwriting and quality requirements.

* Review the work of team members and provide advice and guidance on ways they can improve their performance.

* Deliver feedback and training on regulatory issues for sales and customer service staff.

* Raising recurring compliance errors with the QA team leader to help with necessary performance management and on-going training.

* Record all call listening reviews accurately and within timelines

* Time and priority workload management

The successful quality assurance officer will have the following desirable skills & experience:

* Be Analytical thinker

* Have good ability to process data

* Have confidence in making decisions of the data provided

* Computer literate/experience working with CRM

* Excellent communication and attention to detail

* Excellent listening skills
