My client is an amazing software as a service business based in Central London, near Oxford Circus. Their platform is built on block chain technology and is an enterprise data security platform that manages companies’ data and distribution and how that is securely shared. They are a fast growing start up that have been established for over two years with huge potential and ambitious plans for their product.

They are currently recruiting for Linux Systems Administrator’s and DevOps engineers to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to step into an engineer role and progress their career further. Alternatively, this is also a brilliant chance for strong engineers who want to work within an entrepreneurial company where you can work on a real mixture of cutting-edge technologies.

Their product will need to be installed and integrated into a production environment that is best effective for their customers, therefore you will be working on a mixture of cloud components and configuration and automation tools. This will be a varied role and will suit an engineer or administrator that likes working with new technologies.


* Ensuring robust installation of their products into the customer’s environment.

* Define the architecture that shows the delivery of a solution that integrates into the customers’ environment.

* Setting up ETL of data from databases.

* Custom scripting

* Development of trigger code where needed.

* Build complete solutions for their customers

Essential Requirements:

* Experience deploying into AWS, Azure or GCP.

* Five years’ experience working in a DevOps engineer or systems administrator role.

* Knowledge of ETL and data management.

* Strong Linux admin experience

* Experience with configuration tools such as Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Salt or Puppet.

* Some containerisation experience is desirable – Kubernetes, Docker or Docker Storm
