This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Executive with a print, and creative background.

The role will support a number of activities including supporting new business implementation, delivering operational best practice, adherence to commercial / financial processes and MI reporting requirements in relation to a portfolio of clients.

Excellent organisational and communication skills and a collaborative approach are required as they will operate with clients, suppliers and colleagues with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Client engagement, procurement and project management skills are essential. They must be able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. They will have strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills. They will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality and in line with best practice principles, and contractual SLAs and KPIs.

The Account Executive will fulfil client engagement responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running and on-going development of the supplier-client relationship, and delivering all contractual communications.

They will be responsible for co-ordinating the development of projects from design to production, including creation and management of production schedules, agreeing key dates and milestones with all parties.

The person will be instrumental in understanding the “client brief” as well as establishing client expectations, then go onto ensuring the overall delivery of all work projects within agreed deadlines. This would involve effective teamwork with the wider Williams Lea Tag team.

This position is customer facing and would involve developing key client relationships along with the delivery of excellent customer service. It is anticipated that the role holder will be required to spend time meeting clients, present status and progress reports, receive and answer queries on the creative and print purchasing process.

Essential Skills:

* Hands on experience and detail knowledge of artwork creation, typesetting and print management associated services

* Technically literate and confident with business technology, competent user of MS office suite

* Highly organized and results focused with a pro-active approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills (oral and written)

* Strong commercial awareness and numeracy skills
