Our client is seeking a candidate for the position of Financial Advisor.The purpose of this role is to provide holistic financial advice to prospective and existing British Medical Association (BMA) members based on their financial requirements.

You will be responsible for generating business by networking and also responding to incoming enquiries. This will involve meeting clients, delivering seminars and presentations to medical professionals, conducting comprehensive fact finds and presenting the most appropriate financial advice for your clients.

This role specialises within the client's specialist Medical division working closely with BMA members at all levels across the NHS. Company clients are individuals of varying net worth value who are looking to plan in order to secure their financial futures.

Main Job Responsibilities:

- Provide holistic financial planning to prospective and existing clients.

- Hold seminars and present to BMA members at all levels across the NHS.

- Compile accurate financial planning reports that reflect client requirements and meet internal business standards.

- Undertake regular fact-finding, presentation and service review meetings with clients.

- Maintain and ensure client files are kept up to date.

- Strive to recognise new business opportunities.

- Follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner.

- Generate a business pipeline level sufficient to meet your business targets.

- Ensure on-going continuous professional development.

Required Candidate Skills:

- Diploma Level 4 qualified

- Proven track record of working as a Financial Advisor

- Be motivated and driven to exceed business targets

Salary: £35,000

Location: Basingstoke

Hours: The normal hours of work are 35 hours per week, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break), however flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.
