We are working with a renowned global insurance provider who is looking to hire an Internal Communications Manager into their London based office. This is an imperative role to the organisation, key to building the brand and maintaining the compelling strategy and vision of the business.

Key responsibilities include working closely with key stakeholders to drive and maintain communications within the organisation. You will build and drive an integrated internal communications plan, utilising all necessary channels to reach a wide audience. Testing and measuring performance is an imperative part of this role, as well as ensuring all communications build a cohesive picture and message.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Financial Services or Insurance organisation, with exceptional copywriting skills. You are proactive, curious and highly articulate, being able to translate complex information into a strong but understandable message.

This role will be London based and paying £40,000 to £55,000 + bonus and benefits.
