Shopping Centre Manager – Wiltshire

A small but key shopping centre in Wiltshire requires a Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day commercial and operational management of the site. Situated in a prime location, the scheme benefits from steady footfall and with a supermarket anchor tenant, it serves as a key shopping destination for the local community.

This is an ideal role for an Operations or Facilities Manager with aspirations to step up into a Centre Manager position. You will work with and report into an experienced Regional Facilities Manager and the business has a wide portfolio of properties across the UK, both great opportunities to develop your skills and career in the future.

The role:

* Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards

* Manage the operational budget

* Manage the contractors providing cleaning and security services

* Build effective relationships with the tenants

* Work with the local community to actively participate in initiatives and drive brand loyalty

* Ensure compliance with H&S at all times

The person:

* IOSH qualified is ideal

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment – Assistant Centre Manager, Building Manager, Facilities Manager, Retail Manager

* Personable, strong communication skills to build relationships

* Exposure to financial or budget management
