Looking for a strong business manager / finance manager / Office manager professional!

This is a unique opportunity to come in and run a team of 3-4 established admin and accounts people in this fascinating SME business with 30 years of experience and the UKs largest distributor in its sector. They need a new office manager to manage expectation, quality, tweak process, save money, manage the stakeholders, produce reports, roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!

THE Person:

* You must have office manager experience combined with strong accounts / finance experience as you will oversee a bookkeeper and accounts team.

* You must have very strong attention to detail and be able to discuss ROI with stakeholders within the business

* They do not need a whirlwind manager to change much but to tweak and polish up some processes and run the day to day operation.

* The successful person with have worked in a small company, in a varied ad hoc environment and be able to turn their hand to almost anything and chip in for the greater good.

* Strong backbone to manage stakeholder expectation and the ability to analyse information and produce mini reports and improve company spend, and processes.

THE Role:

* To run and manage an office for a 10 million turnover SME and manage 4 internal admin and accounts staff

* To check and oversee the accuracy and delivery of the accounts

* Analyse and check quality, spend and ROI and report to the Directors

* Overall supervision of the day to day company from an admin - operations and accounts pov

Package:

* Negotiable basic salary

* 28 days holiday

* Flexibility

* 6 months of 0930 to 1530 6 months through winter of 0830 to 1800

* Flexibility required during 3 months of peak time
