We have a vacancy in the sales team for a Sales Administrator. this position is fixed term for 12 months

As Sales Office Support, your role will be supporting the Senior Office Manager and sales team and carrying out administration duties as required.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Answering calls from customers, engineers and sales team, and dealing with their enquiries

* Responsible for co-ordinating contracts and ensuring records are kept up-to-date by liaising with other internal departments. Being main point of contact for queries & providing accurate reports for Directors as and when required

* Typing letters and reports and preparing contract proposals

* Entering surveys on to the service management system

* Completing new contract forms for proposals that have been accepted

* Raising quotations for extended warranty using pricing matrix

* Re-pricing contracts and contract renewals

* Recording new leads on CRM and passing on to sales team for new contracts and equipment sales

* Compiling monthly/annual reports

* Handling customer requests

* Maintaining good customer relations

* Provide support and holiday cover for other members of the team

* Ad-hoc duties as required ensuring the smooth running of the department

Person specification

* Have excellent administrative and communication skills, both written and oral

* Be friendly, helpful and a flexible team player

* Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and possess good organisational skills

* Be able to prioritise a changing to do list

* Be able to work calmly under pressure

* Good computer/data entry skills and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Previous experience of working in a sales environment would be an advantage
