ROLE: IT Helpdesk Administrator LOCATION: Northamptonshire SALARY: £20,000-£24,000 DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Administrator working for a great and well established company. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start in 1st Line support or experienced within 1st Line support. Roles and Responsibilities of an IT Helpdesk Administrator •1st Line Support for all PC Workstations, servers and network systems. •Provide pro-active response and maintenance of IT Systems to minimise user disruption. •Assist with any IT projects as required. •Co-ordination, booking and motoring of on-site engineers and installations and maintenance. •Use own initiative within a team environment and when carrying out duties. •Maintenance accurate system information and maintenance logs. •To carry out duties that may be requested by the IT Manager. There are also some desirables for an IT Helpdesk Administrator •Previous Helpdesk experience as an IT Helpdesk Administrator •Microsoft office 2007-2016 •Office 365 •Excellent communication and people skills •General hardware, software and networking support •Citrix Please note the above skills are not a requirement but are simply advantageous.
