We are now seeking a number of Senior Business Development Managers within our National Accounts division (NACS). The successful candidates will have proven track records of new business development with large, prestigious National customers, ideally selling Fire & Security solutions. These positions have a national remit, therefore candidates will be expected to travel and ideally based somewhere with strong transport links. Candidates who have an establish book of contacts in the Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, FM or Finance industries would be particularly welcome as each position will focus on a specific client type.

The role holder will responsible for the management and sales generation of new accounts via proactively identifying and converting new account opportunities, working with Account Managers and business leaders to ensure they are driving and adopting the business strategy. The role holder will provide leadership and management skills to maintain growth and develop new opportunities within the agreed market sectors in line with company targets and KPI’s.

Each of these new Senior Business Development Managers will full manage a portfolio of target accounts and be solely responsible for sales generation by ensuring the potential client is given the highest possible level of service. You will develop account strategies to maximise sales opportunities in conjunction with the National Account Directors, maintaining an account development plan for each account within CRM with a personal detailed plan per target account.

In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess a proven track record of achievement with evidence of significant new business development within the Fire & Security industry, as well as demonstrable experience in client retention management, excellent interpersonal/ negotiation skills and evidence of the ability to quickly form productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

This role sits within one of the highest performing teams across the group therefore candidates should bring with them a strong track record of high sales achievements and a ‘best in class’ outlook. Candidates must also have a full UK driving licence. As well as a competitive basic salary (up to £60k) this position comes with a company vehicle and an incentive scheme which should see the successful individual take home a package of over £80k. These are National positions but candidates based in or near major UK cities such as London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leicester or Milton Keynes would be ideal.
