Accounts Payable Clerk - 12 month fixed term contract
Robert Half are currently working with a dynamic business based in Swindon who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a full-time 12 month fixed term cotract basis.
This is a varied role & sits within the business's Finance function and the purpose will be to support the current team in processing and billing procedures. It is a crucial role in the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Billing and invoicing with detail and accuracy
- Processing invoices and payments
- Raising of invoices and credit adjustments
- Owning weekly payment runs
- Billing of air booking fees
- Resolving queries with different regions
- Looking after contractual billing terms & rates
- Generate purchase orders
The ideal candidate will have:

Ideally studying AAT and Accounts Payable experience is desirable.

Salary & Benefits
