Based in the Glasgow, our client, a highly reputable and well established Independent Advisory firm, are looking to welcome an experienced IFA administrator to their ever-growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone working in an advisory support role and looking to develop their career. This role will be providing support to the wealth planners in order to maintain their portfolio. You will ensure that client information is accurate at all times and that the business is supported and enabled to deliver an excellent service to its customers. Requirements The successful individual must have at least 2 years' experience in a support role within an IFA or wealth management firm. Other requirements include: Good secretarial and numeracy skills with high degree of accuracy Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Knowledge of Model Office (Desirable) NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (Desirable) Responsibilities Main responsibilities include: Compliance and record maintenance, including, data entry, accuracy of client data base and use of model office processes Client service, including, internal and external client feedback and quality of information provided to clients Contribution to profitability, including, adherence to expensive policy and stock and order systems, quality of support given to paraplanners and financial advisors Undertake office duties such as filing, post, stock and order systems Send prepared investment information/reports to clients Develop processes to support paraplanners and financial advisors Assist with the retention and development of client relationships An excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right experience, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
