Agile Working Options Unable to Offer Agile Options Job Description Summary Covering South West England (Home Based) To build successful business relationships with prospects and new customers and in doing so achieve monthly and annual new business unit margin targets. If called upon to provide assistance to fellow team members and to assist the Senior Manager Candidates should have a high degree of numeracy and financial awareness with experience in Vehicle Finance and preferably the leasing sector Job Description - To prospect and generate opportunities ensuring that there are good volumes of appointments at all times. - To build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline ensuring there are a minimum number of prospects at each stage of the funnel process. - To update on all activity surrounding that prospect/customer including the source of the introduction, progress, forecasted activity and results, and agreed percentage of compulsory data fields must be completed at all times. - Actively seek tender opportunities and follow the tender process at all times. - Network within customers and prospects to generate referral business. - To provide prospect lists for marketing initiatives and to follow up leads generated from these initiatives and report on any progression to marketing and the Senior Manager - To work collaboratively with colleagues within allocated Bank offices to cross-sell Group products and services by exchanging introductions to existing and prospective customers. Portfolio reviews are to be completed to agreed management targets - To present proposals and progress discussions at all levels. - To convert those prospects into new customers and manage the implementation of the account with the relevant teams - Carry out such tasks that are required to meet the needs of the business - Attend internal and external training courses appropriate to the role - At the Senior Manager discretion, assist them with their role. Such work may include report writing and attendance at internal and external meetings. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements including Treating Customers Fairly principles. - Maintains an effective internal controls framework. This will include ensuring that self-monitoring processes are in place which assess the effectiveness of key controls and that the outcome of these processes are reported and escalated, as appropriate. - Where relevant to consider and promote the fair treatment of customers in decisions and actions undertaken.
