The role: This new role will be pivotal to the ongoing development of finance systems platforms. This role will be initially responsible for the development and implementation of system changes for our collections function, with a future view to expanding into other operational areas, such as loan originations. The key overall scope is to own the development and implementation of the system, ensuring any change requests or enhancements are thoroughly evaluated and that any agreed solutions are punctually delivered. The role will focus on aligning system behaviour to the needs of the business, ensuring optimal performance initially for the Collections teams. Future expansion of the role will involve working closely with commercial and credit risk / underwriting department, focusing on development of our loan origination platform. The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas: Experience working with finance systems - ideally credit/loans Strong knowledge of XML prefered Experience of software development life cycles Understanding of various development languages (Java, C#, HTML...)
