Compass Associates are proudly working with a leading provider of mental health, learning disabilities and neurological services to recruit a full time Speech and Language Therapist.

This role is based at a 33 bedded service in North Lincolnshire where you would be working with adults who have a primary diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder or learning disability plus their associated mental health conditions, complex needs and challenging behaviours. As the sole SALT, you will be responsible for assessing and managing clients' communication and swallowing difficulties and working closely with the rest of the multidisciplinary team which includes a Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Recovery Workers and specialist Mental Health, General and Learning Disabilities Nurses.

The successful candidate will have:
A degree in Speech and Language Therapy
HCPC registration
Autism/Learning Disabilities experience
Sensory Integration experience/training (desirable)
Dysphagia trained (desirable)
