CNC Miller - Programmer

Your CNC Miller role Working under the direct supervision of the Milling Team Leader and Manufacturing & Quality Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for CNC programming, setting and operating CNC Bridgeport/Heidenhain & Doosan/Fanuc 3 and 4 axis vertical machining centres. This involves: Planning, programming with CAD/CAM Systems. Setting and operating multiple CNC Bridgeport/Heidenhain & Doosan/ Fanuc 3 & 4 axis vertical machining centres Managing and Prioritising workflow to maximise production efficiency Ensuring the consistent "better than the norm” quality of items are being manufactured Ensuring on time delivery Assisting in mentoring apprentices.
