This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced A IT Service Delivery Manager in Priestley Wharf who wants to lead multiple teams within a business to ensure the adequate design and implementation of projects are delivered in line with NHS requirements.

Hours: 08:00 to 16:00 (37.5 hours a week)

Start date: ASAP (Temp)

Your main activities will include:

Service Delivery management for workplace, mobile, print and potentially other suppliers.

Steering 3rd party providers by matching actual with targeted SLAs/KPIs at home and abroad

monitoring, reporting and optimization as per the contracted supplier requirements.

Coordinate Continual Service Improvements.

Drive opportunities for IT infrastructure service improvements.

Supporting the team in regards to commercial/financial activities whilst being responsible for accurate budgeting and forecasting.

Provide support to projects and work with members of the solutions teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Work with other members of the department with regards to customer engagement and support. i.e. Service delivery committee, Voice to the customer etc
