The successful candidate will be tasked with providing highly effective marketing and business development support to stakeholders across the business and support them in their strategy to achieve their targets. This is a busy and varied marketing focused role where you will be expected to help elevate the profile of this successful business and maximise all business development opportunities through supporting the company in building new client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting on all Business Development activities including pitching, presentation creation, event support and client initiatives

* Working with the team in the implementation of the Marketing and Business Development plans;

* Supporting the senior management team in building and maintaining relationships, and in pursuit of opportunities with both current and prospect clients

* Monitoring and reporting on departmental marketing budgets;

* Overseeing the production of marketing collateral and literature including marketing flyers, client newsletters and bulletins;

* Working with the PR and internal comms team to build profile for the division, sector and offices across the business;

* Using research and market knowledge to adapt and drive Marketing and Business Development plans and spot opportunities for new business

* Assisting with the organising and running of client seminars, individual client and corporate events

Requirements:

* Experience of marketing and business development within a professional services firm

* Ideally some level formal training in sales and account management

* A proven track record in being able to influence others and as an effective communicator, you effortlessly establish rapport with people at all levels, as well as external contacts

* An enthusiastic and proactive individual, you will be driven with excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and demanding environment.

* Committed to providing outstanding internal client care with a positive 'can do' approach and a determination to succeed. With meticulous attention to detail, you can produce clear, concise and fluent written work whilst using your initiative in challenging situations.
