Job Title: Project Management Trainer / Assessor
Location: North (North West / Yorkshire) – Although candidates must be flexible with National travel
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full Time / Permanent
Duties:
* Train, assess and deliver the New Standards Associate Project Management Level 4 (APM) and Prince 2 training.
* Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
* Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
* Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
* Manage a caseload of learners and observe learners in their place of work, to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
* Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
* Support, advise and motivate learners.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Work to learner review and completion timescales.
* Assessors are expected to take part in Learner Recruitment to maintain caseload
Essential Criteria:
* Recognised Assessor award: D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
* Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Project Management up to level 4.
* Strong occupational competency within Project Management as either a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
* Must hold a recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM, Prince2, PMI CAPM or MSP.
* Ideally hold a level 3 teaching qualification (PTLLS / AET) or above.
* Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
* Must be flexible with travel.

* Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
* Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
