We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our award winning Marketing Team and provide maternity cover on a 9 month fixed term basis. This is an exciting role supporting all aspects of DS Smith Recycling and Paper’s central European Marketing Team.

The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator will plan, implement, track and optimize digital marketing activities across our websites, social media, email, SEO, PPC, re-marketing and display advertising; ensuring communications are customer driven, engaging and innovative to deliver on the marketing objectives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of current and new digital marketing tools, experience of planning integrated digital marketing activities from concept to execution, be passionate about learning more in a fast paced environment, and will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

This challenging and varied role includes:
• Managing digital activities including websites, SEO, PPC, re-marketing, email, social media and display advertising within the context of the Marketing Plans.
• Supporting the development of new geographical/product/service websites within the Recycling and Paper divisions.
• Supporting activity across a mix of channels that drives lead generation, opportunity creation, and lead nurturing, identifying the most effective messaging and calls to action.
• Reporting on performance of all digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) using relevant analytics tools and make recommendations.
• Reviewing new technologies and digital trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Evaluating the online customer journey to improve the customers’ online experience and improve conversions.

The candidate:

We are looking for someone who has…

• A proven track record of implementing and executing digital activities in line with marketing plans – specifically across websites, SEO, PPC and social media.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels. European Language skills desirable.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital activities that engage, inform and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
