Exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant with a public sector organisation, Inverness! Your new company An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a large public sector organisation based within Inverness. You will work as part of the Finance team supporting in the delivery of Payables and Receivables function processing all payments to suppliers and issuing invoices to Customers. Your new role You will be responsible for processing payments through Oracle system, ensuring payables invoices are processed within prompt payment targets and services standards, monitoring the query management solution for accounts payable invoices, issuing invoices to customers and collating data to prepare monthly prompt payment analysis. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role, disclosure Scotland desirable, experience of Oracle system desirable, acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload.
