Our client based in Aberdeen is looking for a Junior Finance / Office Assistant to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a good level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Duties and Responsibilities: Invoicing clients on a monthly basis. Providing monthly estimates for clients when required. Creating quotes and consultant rates forms specific to country requirements. Assisting Logistics and Management Team when required. Office administration. Monitoring social media. Facilitating various travel requirements for clients.
