We are an innovative training provider providing training and apprenticeships to organisations and individuals across the UK.

Whilst our Apprenticeship business continues to grow, we are now looking for a vibrant, motivated individual to join an innovative and rapidly growing national training provider. The role will involve supporting all sizes of businesses with their Apprentice recruitment and show a genuine interest in their requirements, to ensure a long term and established relationship with Solvo Vir.

Key Responsibilities

We’ve listed below the activities which a Talent Engagement Assistant can expect to be involved in over the course of their apprenticeship.

First 6 Months

* Application Management: Register new candidates, advertise new jobs, manage candidate applications and format CVs to be sent to Employers

* Liaising with TEO to book in Employer interview slots with candidates

* Updating multiple trackers and systems and reporting data in line with company and legislative requirements. File, scan and archive documents

* Attending training and completing tasks to complete the L3 Apprenticeship Programme

* Candidate Engagement: Attend Careers Fairs, School/College/Local Authority/Charity/External referral agency events

* Candidate Management: Conduct telephone interviews with candidates

* Managing the Talent Engagement Team’s social media accounts

* Attending training and completing tasks to complete the L3 Apprenticeship Programme.

After 6 Months

In addition to the previous activities, the Talent Engagement Assistant will also be involved in;

* Organising and Co-ordinating the administrative duties of a project designed to promote apprenticeships to young people aged between 16-18. You will be supported by the Talent Engagement Manager and this will include promoting the event, sending out invites, booking attendees in, sending joining instruction emails and collating learner data.

* Complete L3 Business Administrator End Point Assessment

To complete all necessary reporting documents and systems(CRM) as required by management and keep the wider business informed of progress towards achieving agreed targets.

To undertake Apprenticeship training in order to meet the requirements of your job role and participate in the staff development programme within your agreed individual staff development plan.
