Accounts Assistant - Part Time

Pertemps Northampton Commercial are currently looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to work in Northampton, your day to day duties will include:

- Sales Ledger / Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Reconcile Customer accounts and allocate payments accurately
- Oversee monthly management accounts
- Matching and inputting of PL Invoices & Credits
- Nominal Ledger & VAT returns

To be considered for this exciting Accounts Assistant role, you will need the following skills / experience:

- Confident with a clear, professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communicator.
- An understanding of business, commercially aware and focussed.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Programmes especially Excel.

Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy Accounts team on a part time basis for 25 hours per week.
