Job Description:

This placement is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain knowledge and professional experience within a Business Administration and Customer Service environment. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, which will allow you to develop various essential and transferable skills including some business development.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Taking incoming calls from Customers and Internal staff and dealing with any enquiries
• Order placing and processing on behalf of the Management team and following up with Delivery notes
• Create and follow up with ISO 9001 documentations
• To support with orders to the operational team
• Recruitment support
• CRM clients follow up on weekly basis
• Run the CRM meeting with Sales and Operations on the feedback taken from the clients call
• Ensure that privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• To maintain a 100% organised filing system of paper work and computer files.
• Be required to upload invoices and follow up
• Complete risk assessments of the office area and follow up with sites paper work support
• Filing, updating and working around the teams
• To update the management in order to place an order for any inventory required.
• Handle customer queries and collect payments for nursery fees.
• Handle any ad hoc responsibility as and when required
• Follow up with employees information
• General Office and administrative work (creating documents, photocopying and laminating etc.)
• Any other duties appropriate to the post as directed by the Managers and directors
• Working hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm

Essential requirements:
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Studying towards a relevant degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Able to work in a professional and polite manner at all times
• Good knowledge of Social Media
Desirable attributes:
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Previous experience within a customer service setting
• Be able to display an understanding nature

• The company is service provider including leisure, retail etc.

Location:

• Central London, UK

Remuneration details:

• A training allowance of £700 a month will be provided to assist with accommodation and subsistence costs.
