To manage the end-to-end Range Extensionoperation within Dixons, work closely with Commercial category teams and propose strategic initiatives & operational change, to deliver the following:

•Extension of the Dixons online range by 1000s of products, that are fully traded, from using 3 rd party Dropship suppliers for stock-holding and order fulfilment
•A first-class Customer journey for any orders placed for Range extension products
You will:

•Develop and implement the commercial plan for Range Extension- creating a rolling pipeline of new suppliers and products for the Dixons CarphoneOnline channel. Oversee the process of setting up new products insystems and support projects to streamline this process
•Assess whether new suppliers are operationally fit for purpose to serve our Customers, in line with the Dixons Carphone range extensionTerms & Conditions and Operating Manual
•Integrate Range Extension Suppliers with Dixons Carphonesystems so they can process Customer orders, using a 3 rd party SaaS provider either on a manual or automated basis (depending on Supplier capability)
•Order management and compliance reporting – daily analysis of Supplier KPI performance and periodic reviews to drive operational improvements
•Work with multiple category teams to perform strategic market analysis to identify range extension opportunities that complement existing product ranges
You will need:

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills – this role is truly cross-functional
•Accountability and resilience – dealing with underperformingsuppliers
•Analytical frame of mind and ability to handle & interpret large quantities of data. Competency in Excel would be ideal
•A keen eye for and experience of identifying opportunities for operational improvement and change, both at macro and micro level
•Commercial acumen
