Our client based in Mansfield is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 9 - 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Working in a friendly environment and reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, inputting payroll and chasing outstanding debt.

Your main duties will include:

* Processing a high volume of invoices

* Nominal coding

* Chasing credit notes

* Chasing outstanding debt

* Ensuring spreadsheets are kept up to date

* Ensuring timesheets are all entered correctly and signed off by managers

* Any other adhoc duties

Our client is offering a salary between £18,000 - £20,000, free parking on site and 34.5 hours a week. If you are immediately available or on a short notice period, then please do submit your CV for immediately consideration
