Administration Support In our Chief Operating Office (COO) at Aldermore are part of the team enabling everyone across the business to deliver the award-winning service our customers have come to expect. The engine room of the bank and the department that drives success and growth, COO includes; CIO, Transformation & Change; Digital; Data; Customer Operations; Group Services, Sourcing & Supplier Management; Incident Management & Business Continuity and Central Marketing & Brand. The Role

This is an entry level role for someone who is looking to start a career in the banking industry

In this role you will provide dedicated resource within the Agreement Services team to deal with administration tasks and on-going agreement maintenance on asset finance deals following set up. You will respond quickly and thoroughly to our internal colleagues requests and complete daily tasks on time and accurately.

Located a short walk from Reading train station and offering a fun, modern office environment, this is an excellent entry level position which offers the opportunity to gain office administration experience within the Finance Services sector. There is also the opportunity to progress into other roles within the business for those that want to develop a career in financial services.

The Person

You will be proactive, highly organised and have a great attention to detail. Good team player skills are essential along with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. General IT literacy with MS Office is also essential.
