OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Administration of the COABIS database and company AIMS dashboards for company FPSOs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Prepare workflow diagrams that captures functional, technical, or a business process of COABIS [TML markup procedure, upload sheet procedures].

§ Communicate the actual progress [weekly basis], results to the companies senior management in the fulfillment of business objectives [supporting company FPSOs integrity activities] from the project.

§ Suggest follow-up projects and initiatives to intended business objectives of the project or solve new problems discovered while evaluating the impact of project.

§ Train end users [onshore office personnel required by the company personnel or the client] to ensure they understand all process and procedural changes with appropriate training materials and deliver the training.

§ Identify improvements to existing company standard systems at operational business unit level.

§ Manage requirements change [bugs in software] and involve stakeholders [onshore office personnel] in all change decisions.

§ Review the solution design to ensure all of the requirements are fulfilled and looking for opportunities to meet additional business needs without increasing the technical scope of the project.

§ Manage weekly Oracle database backups, apply COABIS upgrades.

§ Ensuring consistency of the data and approach across numerous FPSO databases.

§ Upload datasheets, upload inspection and workpack documents, photographs respective to individual company FPSOs.

§ Ensure the COABIS database reflects the corrosion management plan.

§ Ensure correct linkage between AMOS CMMS and COABIS database. Resolve work order queries with onshore teams to ensure both CMMS and COABIS have the same status.

§ Create and receive client approvals on Cost Time Resource documents for scope of work issued from West Africa.

§ Design, develop, test, rollout : Asset Integrity Management System - .Net Web application, Webservices, Oracle PL/SQL programs for the approved CTRs by West Africa Ghana Tullow.

§ Interface development between CMMS, COABIS, AIMS application for CDI CNR Intl approved CTRs.

§ Create and receive client approved CTRs for Accumulative Risk Management for West Africa (Ghana Tullow) - enables client to assess the distribution of risks relative to their location.

§ Develop .Net reporting functions, dash boarding, data trending to fulfil upon approval of CTR for accumulative risk management.

§ Oracle database administration -

§ Creation and managing of Oracle 11g instances, tablespaces, users, roles.

§ Manage Oracle 11g database export, import, data files, control fIles memory management.

§ Weekly Oracle 11g database backups.

§ Apply Oracle DDL, DML queries. Create PL/SQL objects to retrieve results for COABIS reports.

§ International travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualification:

§ Degree in IS or relevant integrity engineering discipline.

Relevant Experience:

§ Experience working with Oracle databases within an integrity management team.

Language(s) and Software:

§ High level of computer literacy in office packages: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. COABIS experience is desirable.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

§ Office hours Monday-Friday (Apply online only) [30 mins lunch]. Total 40 Hours per week
