AD are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading SME business for a experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in Warwickshire. A lovely position on a full-time permanent basis offering between £23,000 to £27,000 depending on expereince.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the accounts payable function. You will be responsible for but not limited to -

* Matching, checking and coding invoices

* Working out VAT payments

* Sub-contractor payments

* Instrastat

* Making payments via BACS and cheques

* Processing staff expenses

* Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details

* Reconciliation of supplier statements

* Managing petty cash

* Data entry

* Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries

* Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers

My client is ideally looking for a expereinced Purchase Ledger clerk. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with liaising with senior personnel both internally and externally, With strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computerised accounts software.
