Application Support Analyst
Role: IT Application Support Location: Northampton Skills: SQL, Software Support, Application Support, IIS, Deployment Duration: 6 Months Rate: £275 - £310 per day A number of opportunities for, customer focused, application/software support professionals to join anyone of my clients who are currently recruiting to expand their application teams. The application/software support professional will be responsible for dealing with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line queries from customers regarding software/system issues, troubleshooting and solving where possible, or escalating if required. The candidate will have previous experience in an application/software support environment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, along with the desire to learn new skills and pick things up from other areas outside of application support. Key experience required for the opportunities include: Experience providing application support at 1st & 2nd Line level SQL, Windows and IIS technical skills Great communication skills - Customer service focused Experience with financial, learning, ERP systems is advantageous but not essential.
