Quality Standards Manager
Job DescriptionOur Global client based in Bracknell, Berkshire require a Quality Standards Manager to join their dynamic team for a minimum period of 12 months. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your skills and knowledge within a well known company. Main purpose of the Role To enhance and strengthen quality foundations, expansion of our Quality Standards system to include Sales and After-Sales businesses. Main Responsibilities: * Creation of Quality Standards documents which explain the overall process and required quality level. * Work with staff within the Sales and After-Sales divisions to understand the processes required to complete tasks. * Create Standard Operating Procedures for each task * Identify the members required for the Quality Standards Committee. * Establish a process for review, sign-off and distribution of Quality Standards and Standard * Operating Procedures documents. * Reporting the progress of the Quality Standards implementation to senior managers. * Communicating via phone, email and video conference with other Quality Committee members in Europe, Norther America and Japan to ensure consistent approach within our global operations. Qualifications, skills and experience required: * Excellent verbal reasoning and literacy skills. * Demonstrable experience of implementing a quality system e.g. ISO 9001. * Familiar with automotive sales and after-sales business. * Computer literate and numerate. * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Customer focused and able to present information to a wide audience Do you have sales and after sales experience?
