Job DescriptionCameo Consultancy has the pleasure with working with an established new client in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy and successful team on a full time permanent basis. Based in Daventry, the company is looking for an experienced candidate that can hit the ground running and is happy working both independently and as part of a team. You will have experience across a broad spectrum of accounting functions including the purchase ledger. Job Overview; To assist in the efficient running of the Accounts Department, providing information and ensuring deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities; · Process weekly Payroll · Manage monthly expenses claims · Oversee the purchase ledger to ensure all invoices and credits match ledger · Assist with other office admin such as archiving · Keep supplier payment schedule up to date Required Skills, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies · AAT qualified or equivalent · Experience within a similar role · Ability to be self sufficient · Good communication skills This role is based in Daventry . The role comes with a salary of £19,000 with a salary review upon successful completion of the 3 month probation period, plus a very generous benefits package. The role would be Monday to Friday and works out at 37.5 hours per week.
